1. Returns

2. Exchanges

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
    • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.

4. Return Process

  2. Provide photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
  4. Ship the item back (or schedule a pickup, if available).

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged/incorrect items.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer. (If Mentioned)
