Procedures for return & Exchange

  • Step 2 Select Return & Exchange option
  • Step 3 : Fill the form and submit

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (unless received defective)


Reasons Accepted for Return / Exchange

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Wrong item received

  • Size or fit issue

  • Quality issue

  • Product not as described

  • Missing item or part

  • Changed mind (if applicable under policy)


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the Return & Exchange Request Form

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. Upload clear images if the item is damaged or incorrect

  4. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

  • Exchange shipping timelines may vary


Refund Process

  • Once approved and the item is received, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method Or Different account

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
