Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

2. Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will confirm your cancellation request

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If cancelled within the allowed time:
  • A full refund will be issued
• If the order is already processed:
  • Cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply

4. Prepaid Orders

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
• Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD services

6. Exceptions

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• The item has already been shipped
• The product is customized or made-to-order
• The order is marked as final sale
